WHAT'S included?
During your stay, your dog will receive a special kit with items to ensure their everyday comfort and well-being:
- A comfortable bed suited to your pet’s size;
- Pet door hanger to indicate that an animal is in the room;
- Water and food bowls;
- 02 disposable pee pads per day of stay.

Which documents are required at check-in?
Up-to-date vaccination record, with proof of rabies vaccination administered more than 30 days and less than one year ago
Which pets are allowed?
Small dogs weighing up to 10 kg and measuring up to 40 cm in height (from the ground to the shoulders) are welcome.
How many pets are allowed per room?
One dog is allowed per apartment.
Is there an additional charge?
Yes, there is a fee of R$120,00 per pet, per night. The amount can be confirmed when booking.
How does access to the common areas work?
In common areas, pets must be carried or kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in food and beverage areas, the pool, gym or sauna.

Are guide dogs or emotional support animals subject to different rules?
Yes. Guide dogs and emotional support animals are not subject to the same restrictions on movement.
