  • How can I join the My Wish program, and is there a fee?

  • How do I earn points (room nights)?

    Every stay at a Grupo Wish property earns points toward your progress in the program, called “qualifying nights.” The more you travel, the more qualifying nights you earn and the more benefits you unlock.

  • What are the main benefits I can get from the program?

    The My Wish program offers benefits such as discounts, cashback, upgrades and special treats. Each membership tier opens the door to new and exclusive experiences.

  • What is room-night cashback and how does it work?

    Cashback on stays gives you a percentage of the amount spent on accommodation as credit toward future stays. The cashback percentage depends on your program tier: My Wish Classic (10%), My Wish Select (15%), and My Wish Elite (20%)

  • If I move up a tier, do I keep the benefits of the previous tiers?

    Yes. When you reach a new tier, you keep all the benefits of your previous tiers and gain the additional perks of your new tier. For example, when you move from My Wish Classic to My Wish Select, you continue to enjoy dining discounts and priority service, and add Select tier benefits such as 15% cashback and early check-in
